Android Headlines has published a lot of details about the upcoming flagship line of Samsung Galaxy S25 smartphones. Journalists showed all three models in all possible colors and also shared key characteristics.

Samsung is slated to unveil its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S25 series, next week. A new leak has revealed detailed specifications, and press renders of the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra models, showcasing key design improvements and technical advancements.

The new models will feature more streamlined bezels, resulting in smaller overall dimensions compared to their predecessors, while maintaining battery capacities. The report also suggests likely Qi2 wireless charging compatibility through specialized cases, similar to OnePlus 13.

Specifications of all models of the Samsung Galaxy S25 line revealed before the presentation

On the Android Headlines website, you can see almost a hundred renders of Samsung’s new flagships. The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ models will differ only in size, while maintaining the design of their predecessors. They will be available in blue, green, blue and gray colors. The dimensions of the Galaxy S25 will be 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm with a weight of 162 g, while the Galaxy S25+ will be 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3 mm and 190 g.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will retain the design of its predecessor, but the corners of the case will become more rounded, and the screen bezels will be thinner. It measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 218 g.

According to Android Headlines, the Samsung Galaxy S25 will get a flat 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will be built on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor with 12GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB or 512GB of storage. It will have a 4000 mAh battery with support for 25-watt charging. The main camera will be 50 megapixels, the ultra-wide angle will be 12 megapixels, and the telephoto with 3x zoom will be 10 megapixels.

The Galaxy S25+ is expected to have the same specifications as the base S25, but its screen will have a diagonal of 6.7 inches and a resolution of 3120×1440 pixels, as well as a 4900 mAh battery with support for 45-watt charging. The top-end Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a 6.9-inch display, up to 1TB of built-in storage, a 5000 mAh battery with 45-watt charging. It will have different cameras: a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto with 5x zoom, a 10 MP telephoto with a 3x zoom and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

The premium Galaxy S25 Ultra is reported to incorporate a 6.9-inch display with an impressive 91.4 per cent screen-to-body ratio. All three models will reportedly use a specially optimized version of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and feature 12GB of RAM as standard. Contrary to earlier speculation about a 50MP telephoto camera, the S25 Ultra model will retain a 10MP telephoto lens but upgrade to a 50MP ultra-wide camera, improving upon the 12MP sensor in its predecessor.

Samsung Galaxy S25+, S25 Specs, Features (Expected)

The standard S25 and S25+ models offer 6.2-inch and 6.7-inch displays respectively, with the Plus variant featuring higher resolution. Both models share core specifications including the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 12GB RAM, though storage options vary. The S25 houses a 4000mAh battery with 25W charging, while the S25+ includes a larger 4900mAh battery supporting 45W charging.

All models will launch with Android 15 and Samsung’s One UI 7, featuring comprehensive connectivity options including 5G, Wi-Fi 7, and UWB support. The devices will maintain IP68 water and dust resistance certification.

The presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S25 line is scheduled for January 22.
